Brainfood™ is the world's largest repository of culinary tourism information! It is a knowledge portal to over 500 valuable Culinary Tourism documents organized with dozens of convenient tags and keywords.
BrainFood offers a variety of content including research, reports, marketing plans, marketing collateral, best practices materials, itineraries, product development guides, destination-specific case studies and much more. Outdated documents are removed regularly. New documents are added frequently. See screenshots below.
If you have an interesting piece of research or document that you would like to contribute to BrainFood, please contact us. We welcome all types of culinary tourism industry research and information.
Access to BrainFood is priced at US$195 for one year for individuals. If you are with a university and seek access for your students, please visit BrainFood for Universities.
Student Offer
The Association is extending a special offer to culinary tourism students and professors anywhere in the world. The offer is one year of access to our BrainFood culinary tourism library at no cost to the student, professor or university when you submit an original research paper (subject to acceptance) on the subject of culinary tourism to the BrainFood library. Research relating to agritourism also qualifies. The types of documents we are looking for are typically research, analysis and theses papers.
You retain the full copyright(s) of the work(s) submitted. You simply grant the Association the right to distribute your work(s) online in our private BrainFood library (only). Other terms and conditions apply and are subject to change.
